Juhi Mehta, the COO of a digital media company, collided her BMW with another vehicle in Vile Parle West. After the incident, she refused to move her car when instructed by traffic constable Prashant Hake. Witnesses recorded the confrontation as Mehta allegedly threatened the constable while attempting to flee the scene. The constable subsequently filed a complaint at Juhu police station against her actions.
