Vicky said becoming a father was his biggest moment of 2025 during an interaction with GQ India at an event. He further added that while he anticipated that he would feel overly emotional and ecstatic, becoming a father has turned out to be the most grounding moment of his life.
During the interaction with GQ India, Vicky Kaushal opened up, saying, “Becoming a father this year is my biggest moment of 2025. It is a magical feeling. I always felt that when the time came, I would be very emotional and ecstatic, but it has actually been the most grounding moment that I have ever experienced in my life.”

Additionally, a video from the event surfaced on social media, which also shows him reacting to the paparazzi when asked about the baby’s name. In the video, the Chhaava star is seen arriving for an award ceremony, where the paparazzi is seen congratulating him on becoming a father. The actor was all smiles, and he acknowledged the best wishes with folded hands.
The paps then asked him to reveal the baby boy’s name, to which the actor playfully responded, saying, “Batata hu,” followed by a sly smile.
On November 7, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal took to Instagram to announce their baby boy via a joint post. The couple wrote, “Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November 2025.” Vicky’s brother and actor, Sunny Kaushal, also expressed his excitement by resharing the post on his Instagram stories and wrote, “Main chacha ban gaya.”
Many friends and colleagues from the indutry also congratulated the couple.
