The actress further gushed over Akshaye Khanna and Ranveer Singh. “Working opposite Akshaye Khanna was an absolute treat. I’ve always admired him, and I learnt so much on set. I truly feel we make a great pair; hoping we get to create that magic again. Ranveer Singh, you are pure gold. About Saumya Tandon

The actress has been a known face on television and rose to fame with her stint in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain. This was her big-screen outing after a while.

Earlier, Saumya had praised Dhurandhar for showcasing women respectfully, even in a male-dominated world. She wrote, “In the universe Dhurandhar is set in, the women are treated with dignity. They aren’t beaten, objectified, or shown as one of many wives… it’s important to remember we’re dealing with a very different world.”

Addressing comparisons to other spy franchises, she clarified that her remarks were not aimed at anyone. “And I’m not taking a jab at anyone at all… this film simply didn’t have that grain or need.”
