Ready Reckoner Rates : मालमत्ता खरेदी करणाऱ्यांना फटका, रेडी रेकनर दरात मोठी वाढ

At the end of the financial year, the state government has increased the rate of Ready Reckoner and it will hit the property buyers. The municipal area has been increased by 5.5%. But in rural areas, 3.36% has been increased. The state government has increased the rate of redirection by 5 percent. Other than Mumbai, the municipal area has been increased by six percent. In Mumbai, the hike was 5.99, Pune 5.5 and Thane 5.5 percent. Except for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, the municipal area has been increased by 5.99 percent. Increasing the rate of redirects will increase the rate of property, and the property will be burdened with the buyers.आर्थिक वर्ष संपताच राज्य सरकारने रेडी रेकनर दरात मोठी वाढ केली असून याचा फटका मालमत्ता खरेदी करणाऱ्यांना बसणार आहे. महानगरपालिका क्षेत्रात 5.95% एवढी वाढ करण्यात आली आहे.तर ग्रामीण भागात 3.36% वाढ करण्यात आली आहे. राज्य सरकारने रेडिरेकनर दरांत सरासरी ४ टक्के वाढ केली आहे. मुंबई वगळता अन्य महापालिका क्षेत्रांत सरासरी सहा टक्के वाढ करण्यात आली आहे. मुंबईत ३.३९, पुण्यात ४.१६, तर ठाण्यात ७.७२ टक्के दरवाढ करण्यात आली आहे. मुंबई महापालिका वगळता महापालिका क्षेत्रांत सरासरी ५.९५ टक्के वाढ करण्यात आली आहे. रेडिरेकनरच्या दरात वाढ केल्याने मालमत्तांचे दर वाढणार असून, मालमत्ता खरेदीदारांवर त्याचा अधिक बोजा पडणार आहे.
