Kiara Advani is currently enjoying the phase of motherhood in her life. After she announced birth of her baby girl, a clip about Kiara expressing a desire to have Kareena Kapoor’s quality in her kids is surfacing. The actress recently slammed a publication for taking her interview out of context, as she said it in a fun way during Good Newzz promotions.

Now, a social media page, Bolly Masala, shared a picture of Kiara with Kareena Kapoor, captioned: “Kiara Advani wants her daughter to have Kareena Kapoor’s qualities. She and Sidharth recently welcomed a baby girl.” Responding to this, Kiara commented, “This was said during the promotions of our film Good Newzz. Kindly stop putting old interviews out of context.”
During an interview while promoting Good Newwz, Kiara had expressed her wish to have two healthy babies. When asked what qualities of Kareena Kapoor she would want her daughter to inherit, she said, “Her confidence, her expressions, her aura. All her qualities. She is a 10 on 10.”
Kiara and Sidharth Malhotra became parents to their first child, a daughter, in July. The actress publicly revealed her baby bump for the first time at the Met Gala 2025. In a joint announcement, they confirmed the baby`s birth and wrote, “Our hearts are full and our world forever changed. We are blessed with a Baby Girl. KIARA & SIDHARTH.” On Saturday, she took to Instagram and posted a snap of her necklace with “MAMA” embedded in it.
Kiara Advani`s upcoming movies
Kiara was most recently seen in War 2. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the spy-action film starred Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan. She is also set to make her Kannada debut with Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown Ups alongside Yash, featuring Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, Achyut Kumar, and Akshay Oberoi, which is currently in production. The film is all set to release on 19 March 2026.
Apart from this, she was supposed to be a part of Don 3 and Maddock’s Shakti Shalini. However, as she is busy with motherhood, she has backed out of the films.
