Kartik Aaryan on Saturday announced the start of shooting for his upcoming fantasy film Naagzilla, coinciding with the first anniversary of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Sharing a photo on Instagram with a clapboard reading “Naagzilla”, the actor wrote, “One year of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 Day one of Naagzilla Har Har Mahadev (sic).” Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and written by Gautam Mehra, Naagzilla is produced by Dharma Productions and Mahaveer Jain Films. The film blends Indian folklore with fantasy, featuring Kartik as a shape-shifting serpent, Preyamvadeshwar Pyare Chand.

Actor Anupam Kher on Saturday (November 1) announced that he has begun shooting for frequent collaborator Sooraj Barjatya’s next feature film. The actor shared the news with a post on his X handle, which featured a video alongside the filmmaker. The duo has earlier collaborated on several hits, including Hum Aapke Hain Koun (1994) and Vivah (2006). The upcoming project marks the veteran’s 549th film. “Announcing my 549th film. Delighted to share that my 549th untitled film started today with one and only Sooraj Barjatya,” Anupam wrote in the caption.

Actors Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar, who are currently shooting for Haiwaan, seem to be taking over Mumbai’s streets. mid-day caught the stars filming near the Press Club in the southern part of the city on Friday night. Saif, dressed in a white kurta-pyjama, was seemingly stopping vehicles in a rain-soaked area. While there’s no confirmation on what exactly the two were up to, buzz suggests it was an action scene shoot for Priyadarshan’s directorial venture.

Once a familiar face on Indian television, actor Nupur Alankar — known for shows like Shaktimaan, Diya Aur Baati Hum, and Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo — has renounced worldly life to embrace spirituality. After appearing in over 155 serials during her two-decade career, Nupur quit acting in 2022, took sanyas and adopted the name Peetambra Maa. Her recent pictures from the Himalayas, where she now leads a minimalist life, have gone viral. “Life became simpler after I let go,” she said. “There are no bills or pressures now, only peace.”
