In his post, he also discussed the internal fights and the toll they had on his health. This follows months after a video of his emotional breakdown went viral on social media. In a May video, he criticised the film industry, stating, `Bollywood is so f***ed`. He also mentioned Ananya Panday, Arjun Kapoor, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Raghav Juyal, and others in the video. He then emphasised that the video was misinterpreted, and that he was attempting to show his support for the celebrities he named.
Babil Khan returns to Instagram with a cryptic verse
On Saturday, Babil Khan took to Instagram to share a series of photos from his photoshoot, in which he is seen wearing a red sweater and clutching a flower between his teeth. This Instagram post is his first since May 26. In the caption, he composed cryptic poetry on his mental challenges, including sadness, terror, insomnia, and emotional fragility. “Didn’t mean to eavesdrop, This glass house has lean walls. I wore my heart on my sleeves, now I have blood soaked t-shirts I needed time to heal, My demons left me with deep cuts. insomnia and panic had me making wired confessions, I was crying out for help, I couldn’t stifle my expression, the toll was heavy on my health, my soul was tired of repression, “you were fighting with your girl while I was fighting my depression…wait..” he wrote.
Following his post, other stars welcomed him back and provided positive remarks. Vijay Varma wrote, “Babil, we got your back,” with a red heart emoji, while Gulshan Devaiah added, “Look who`s here.” Babil`s admirers were likewise overjoyed to see him return on the social media platform. “The caption says it all! “More Power To You!!” read one comment, while another netizen said, “Miss seeing you here.”
On October 7, Babil made his first appearance since the famous breakdown video. The paparazzi spotted him at the Mumbai airport. Babil`s airport sighting instantly went viral, with admirers declaring it “good to see him back” and “a calm comeback.” Many people also commented on how grounded and composed he appeared, which contrasted with his previous emotional messages.

On May 4, a video of Babil`s emotional breakdown gained popularity on Reddit. He was spotted criticising Bollywood, mentioning Ananya Panday, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Raghav Juyal, Adarsh Gourav, and Arjun Kapoor, among others. After the video went viral, Babil cancelled his Instagram account. Hours later, he made a comeback and emphasised that the video had been misread and that he was only attempting to demonstrate his support for the performers he mentioned in the video. “I was trying to show support to Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, Gourav Adarsh, Arjun Kapoor, Raghav Juyal, Arijit Singh,” according to his statement.
He also parted ways with filmmaker Sai Rajesh, with whom he was collaborating on a project. In his statement, Babil stated that he will be taking some time off and that “unforeseen circumstances” prompted their choice to part ways.
