EXCLUSIVE: Here’s what UK PM Keir Starmer ate at iconic Mumbai restaurant Khyber

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer visited Khyber, one of Mumbai’s most iconic dining institutions, while in the city. The Prime Minister and his delegation from the British High Commission attended a sit-down dinner for 40 guests at the landmark restaurant in Kala Ghoda, renowned for its North-West Frontier cuisine and rich cultural legacy.

The menu for the evening featured Khyber favourites such as Paneer Tikka Masala, Chicken Kagani, Jeera Aloo, Dal Makhani, Steamed Rice, Reshmi Broccoli, Chicken Reshmi Kebab, Palak Paneer, and Chicken Rara, among others; dishes that have defined Khyber’s legacy for over six decades.

Currently celebrating its 65th anniversary, Khyber is one of many Mumbai restaurants that have stood the test of time, and continues to stand as a symbol of India’s culture nad hospitality. It was founded by Sudheer Bahl and is now led by his son Ishaan Bahl, who is a third-generation restauranteur.
