Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi starrer Jolly LLB 3 is clearly one of the most-awaited films of the year. The film marks the third instalment of the popular and loved Jolly LLB franchise. Notably, the first instalment starred Arshad in the lead role, while the second part had Akshay as the lead. Now, for the third instalment, the makers have roped in both actors. Ahead of its September 19 release, the film was certified by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) after making a few changes in the movie.
Jolly LLB 3 changes
According to a Bollywood Hungama report, the word `f**ker` was asked to be removed by the CBFC whenever used in the film. Additionally, the brand of alcohol shown in the film was also asked to be blurred wherever it appeared on the screen. In one of the scenes, cops were seen assaulting an old man. The scene was asked to be modified.
One of the dialogues in the film was modified and changed to `Emergency Clause`. Besides these, the makers have been asked to modify or blurr out the visuals of some logos shown in the scenes. In the second half, a dialogue was replaced as `Janki amma ka gaon sirf ek…cheque muh pe fek ke mara`.
After the changes were made, Jolly LLB 3 received a U/A 16+ certificate from the board. Post the changes, the runtime of the film is 157.16 minutes, which translates to about 2 hours, 37 minutes, and 16 seconds long.

The advance booking of Jolly LLB 3 began a couple of days ago. According to trade reports, the film on its first day of advance bookings has collected Rs. 71.82 lakh without block seats, and with block seats, the collection stands at Rs. 2.1 crore. Industry experts suggest that the movie is expected to record a good opening because of the franchise factor and the star power.
