Dubai woman breaks into Aditya Roy Kapur’s Mumbai home; case registered

A strange and scary incident took place at Aditya Roy Kapur`s residence after a woman reportedly broke into his Bandra house. The woman, now identified as Gazala Jhakaria Siddique, claimed she is a fan of Kapur and wanted to give him a gift. A case has been registered against the 47-year-old woman, who allegedly trespassed into Aditya`s house after the actor failed to recognize her.

As per the FIR reported by FPJ, Aditya was away for a shoot when the woman rang the doorbell of his house. When Aditya`s domestic help, Sangita Pawar, questioned the woman, she said she had brought clothes and other gifts for the actor and was supposed to come at 6 p.m. to meet him. Believing her, the maid let her in.

When Aditya returned home, Sangita informed him about the woman and her intention to meet him. When Aditya said he did not recognize her, the woman attempted to approach him, prompting the actor to leave the residence quickly.

Aditya immediately contacted the building`s secretary, who promptly approached the actor`s manager, Shruti Rao. Upon being informed about the strange and scary incident, Shruti quickly reached Kapur`s residence and contacted the Khar police.

Police suspect possible criminal intent

After registering the case against the trespasser, the police began investigating the matter and revealed that Gazala is a resident of Dubai. However, when questioned about her purpose for visiting the actor, she evaded the questions. Reportedly, based on the primary investigation, the police have filed a case against the 47-year-old for unlawfully trespassing into the actor’s residence with possible criminal intent. A First Information Report (FIR) was filed against Siddique under Section 331(2) (Punishment for house-trespass or house-breaking) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Aditya Roy Kapur rose to prominence in 2013 by playing the male lead in the highly successful romantic drama Aashiqui 2. His latest series, The Night Manager, directed by Sandeep Modi, features him alongside Anil Kapoor, Sobhita Dhulipala, Tillotama Shome, Saswata Chatterjee, and Ravi Behl in lead roles. The latest buzz suggests that Aashiqui 2 director Mohit Suri is planning to make a film with Aditya and Shraddha Kapoor.
