Dhurandhar: Allu Arjun hails charismatic aura of Akshaye Khanna in his review

Praises have been pouring in for Aditya Dhar`s Dhurandhar from all quarters. The film, which has been having a dream run at the box office by crossing over Rs 200 crore in its first week, has now been lauded by actor Allu Arjun. The South superstar took to social media and praised the entire team behind the film.

Allu Arjun praises Dhurandhar

Allu Arjun wrote on X, “Just watched Dhurandhar. A brilliantly made film filled with fine performances, top-tier technical aspects, and amazing soundtracks.”

He further praised the performances of the primary cast. “Magnetic presence by my brother RanveerOfficial — he rocked the show with his versatility. Charismatic aura by Akshaye Khanna ji, and the rock-solid presence of duttsanjay ji, ActorMadhavan garu, rampalarjun garu, and all the other artists. Sweet presence by Sara Arjun as well.”

He ended his post by applauding director Aditya Dhar. “Anddddd… of course, the captain of the ship, the brilliant and spectacular filmmaker @AdityaDharFilms garu. You nailed it as an ace filmmaker with full swag. I loved it! Just watch it and enjoy the show, guysss…”

Vicky Kaushal praises team Dhurandhar

Vicky Kaushal, who played the lead in Aditya Dhar’s debut directorial Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019), also shared his reaction. The role had earned him his first National Award for Best Actor. On Thursday, the actor took to his Instagram Stories to praise the film, writing, “Aditya Dhar, you beauty! What a mammoth task it must be for you and your team to pull off this film with such conviction, finesse, and first-rate world-building… Hats off!

“Absolute peak performances! Technically brilliant. Supremely engaging. Kudos to all the Dhurandhars involved.”

Rohit Shetty compliments Dhurandhar

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty also praised the film and recalled a special moment before the release of Uri in 2019. “Take a bow Aditya Dhar and team… You have created a monster… Ranveer mere bhai… ‘Apna time aagaya’… Happy to see Akshaye getting the love and respect he deserved for years… Aditya, I still remember the night before Uri released when we were all together watching the film… Your journey from Uri to Dhurandhar as a producer and director is inspiring… I am so proud of you, my brother… Yeh naya Hindi cinema hai, ab yeh ghus ke marega… Waiting for 19th March,” he wrote.
