Veteran actor Dharmendra was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital due to age-related ailments. While he got discharged on Wednesday, the family is still concerned about him and is hoping for his recovery. Amid this, wife Hema Malini shared an update about his condition and stated how the children are taking care of him and urged all to pray for his recovery.

In a chat with Subhash K Jha, as quoted by The Times of India, Hema said, “It has not been an easy time for me. Dharamji’s health is a matter of great concern for us. His children are sleepless. I can’t afford to be weak, too many responsibilities. But yes, I am happy he’s back home. We are relieved he is out of hospital. He needs to be among the people he loves. Baki toh sab upar wale ke haath mein hai (Everything else is in the hands of the Almighty). Please pray for us.”
About Dharmendra’s health
On Wednesday morning, the legendary Dharmendra was discharged from the Breach Candy Hospital, where he had been admitted for the past few days after his health deteriorated. While talking to ANI, Dr Pratit Samdani informed them that Dharmendra was discharged from the Breach Candy Hospital at 7:30 am on Wednesday.
“Dharmendra was discharged from the hospital at 7.30 am today. His family is taking care of him at their residence. Pray that his treatment, management and recovery continue,” said Pratik Samdani.
According to an official statement from Sunny Deol`s team, the elder son of Dharmendra, the veteran actor, will undergo home treatment and recovery under the supervision of a doctor. As stated by the family, Dharmendra has been stable and is recovering. “We kindly request the media and the public to refrain from any further speculation and to respect his and the family`s privacy during this time,” a statement from Sunny Deol`s team said.
Earlier, Hema Malini and Esha Deol called out “false” media reports about Dharmendra`s death. “What is happening is unforgivable! How can responsible channels spread false news about a person who is responding to treatment and is recovering? This is being extremely disrespectful and irresponsible,” the actor`s wife and politician Hema Malini wrote on X.
