A prayer meet for the late actress Zarine Khan, wife of actor Sanjay Khan, was held on Monday evening in Mumbai. Several Bollywood celebs arrived to pay their last respects to the veteran actress. However, a moment that left everyone concerned was when veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra suffered a minor fall while attending the prayer meet. His son, Tusshar Kapoor, has now shared his health update.
Tusshar Kapoor on Jeetendra’s health
Jeetendra was seen entering the venue of Zarine Khan`s prayer meeting. He lost his balance and fell on the side. As seen in the video three people including the security guard came to pick up the actor. Thankfully, there weren`t any major injuries, and Jeetendra was able to walk on his feet.
Now, Tusshar Kapoor has shared a health update about his father. While talking to Bombay Times, Tusshar said, “He is absolutely fine. According to him, it was just a minor fall.”

The prayer meet was held at JW Marriott, Mumbai, and saw the presence of several Bollywood celebrities, including Hrithik Roshan, Saba Azad, Malaika Arora, Jackie Shroff, Helen, Aly Goni, Jasmin Bhasin, Nitin Mukesh, Dimple Kapadia, Salim Khan, Rani Mukerji, and Fardeen Khan, who arrived to pay their respects.
For those unversed, Zarine Khan breathed her last on November 7 at the age of 81 due to age-related ailments. She was the wife of actor Sanjay Khan and the mother of Sussanne Khan, Farah Khan Ali, and Simone Arora, along with Zayed. She was also the former mother-in-law of Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan.
Tusshar Kapoor`s upcoming movies
The actor will next be seen in comic caper Mastiii 4. The much-discussed drama marks the fourth instalment in the popular ‘Masti’ franchise. While the sequel will see Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh, and Aftab Shivdasani reprising their roles from the original drama, the project will also feature Arshar Warsi, Elnaaz Norouzi and Ruhii Singh in significant roles, along with others. It is produced by A Jhunjhunwala with Indrakumar and Ekta Kapoor and is set to release on November 21.
He also has Ahmed Khan’s Welcome to the Jungle in the kitty. Produced by Firoz Nadiadwala, the film is said to be one of the biggest comedy entertainers. The film will witness Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani and Jacqueline Fernandez, among others.
